Nature: Le Regard F\u00e9minin est heureux d\u2019annoncer l\u2019obtention de la bourse \u00ab Daughters for Earth \u00bb, une reconnaissance de notre engagement \u00e0 valoriser le r\u00f4le des femmes dans les r\u00e9cits environnementaux et \u00e0 offrir une repr\u00e9sentation du monde naturel \u00e0 travers des perspectives riches, vari\u00e9es et souvent peu mises en lumi\u00e8re.<\/p>

\u00ab Daughters for Earth \u00bb est \u00e0 la fois un mouvement et un fonds d\u00e9di\u00e9 au soutien et \u00e0 la mobilisation des femmes pour la protection et la restauration de notre plan\u00e8te. Sa mission repose sur une conviction forte: les femmes jouent un r\u00f4le essentiel dans la r\u00e9ponse aux enjeux climatiques, et l\u2019investissement dans des initiatives port\u00e9es par des femmes peut g\u00e9n\u00e9rer des changements profonds et durables pour l\u2019environnement.<\/p>

Cette bourse permettra \u00e0 Nature: Le Regard F\u00e9minin de poursuivre son travail fondamental: red\u00e9finir notre perception du monde naturel gr\u00e2ce au regard de femmes qui participent activement \u00e0 la pr\u00e9servation de la plan\u00e8te et \u00e0 l\u2019\u00e9laboration de nouveaux r\u00e9cits \u00e9cologiques.<\/p>

Nature: Le Regard F\u00e9minin a eu l\u2019honneur de recevoir le prix \u00ab Pioneer in SDG Stakeholders Award \u00bb, d\u00e9cern\u00e9 par l\u2019Association des journalistes et \u00e9crivains, en reconnaissance de notre engagement envers les Objectifs de D\u00e9veloppement Durable (ODD) des Nations Unies.<\/p>\n

Ce prix prestigieux met en lumi\u00e8re nos actions en faveur des ODD 13 (Lutte contre les changements climatiques), ODD 14 (Vie aquatique) et ODD 15 (Vie terrestre), que nous promouvons \u00e0 travers le cin\u00e9ma et le r\u00e9cit, outils puissants de sensibilisation, d\u2019\u00e9ducation et de mobilisation collective.<\/p>\n

Cette distinction refl\u00e8te le travail collectif de notre \u00e9quipe, de nos mentors, de nos participantes et de nos partenaires. Elle souligne \u00e9galement l\u2019importance du regard f\u00e9minin dans la narration de la nature et dans les efforts de pr\u00e9servation de notre environnement.<\/p>\n

Notre programme continue de s\u2019\u00e9panouir, et nous avons h\u00e2te d\u2019en r\u00e9colter les fruits : qu\u2019il s\u2019agisse de soutenir la prochaine g\u00e9n\u00e9ration de r\u00e9alisatrices ou de sensibiliser le grand public \u00e0 une approche plus \u00e9quitable et durable de l\u2019environnement. Paula Kahumbu est depuis longtemps une voix de la protection de l\u2019environment. Sa campagne \u201cHands Off Our Elephants\u201d a attir\u00e9 l\u2019attention sur la menace d\u2019extinction des \u00e9l\u00e9phants au Kenya et a convaincu m\u00eame les plus hauts responsables politiques, de soutenir leur protection.<\/p>\n

Ses efforts ont eu un impact direct sur l\u2019augmentation du nombre d\u2019\u00e9l\u00e9phants au Kenya : la population a doubl\u00e9 depuis la fin des ann\u00e9es 1980. Le plaidoyer de Paula a permis de sensibiliser la communaut\u00e9 internationale \u00e0 la responsabilit\u00e9 que nous avons tous \u00e0 l\u2019\u00e9gard de la protection de la faune sauvage, et notamment des \u00e9l\u00e9phants.<\/p>\n

Paula a identifier les priorit\u00e9s \u2013 l\u00e0 o\u00f9 les dangers sont r\u00e9els, l\u00e0 o\u00f9 l\u2019extinction est une r\u00e9elle possibilit\u00e9 \u2013 et les a abord\u00e9s avec courage et determination, soulevant les probl\u00e8mes et proposant \u00e9galement les solutions possibles. Une penseuse s\u00e9rieuse et pragmatique Paula est aussi une pionni\u00e8re qui a choisi un domaine qui n\u2019est pas facile pour beaucoup de femmes. \u2018J\u2019ai beaucoup de respect et d\u2019admiration pour Paula\u2019 nous dit Amina Mohamed, une ancienne secr\u00e9taire de cabinet kenyane et ambassadrice aupr\u00e8s de l\u2019ONU.<\/p>\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"
