Gail Jenkinson is a Director of Photography working in natural history, documentary and specialist factual. Filming on land, sea and air she has been fortunate enough to film in all seven continents. She is HSE qualified for filming underwater and is a specialist at working on boats, making her highly experienced at shooting aboard sea fairing vessels. These range from the high tech MV Alucia in the open ocean, to small catamaran’s bobbing upon fast moving rivers. She has visas allowing her to work in the US permanently as well as in her native UK. Gail is often employed in remote, challenging and sometimes hostile environments. Recent credits include, BBC’s Blue Planet 2, Dianne Fossey – Secrets in the Mist for National Geographic and Discovery’s Gold Rush White Water.
